The Dolan Company serves its customers through two complementary operating divisions: Business Information and Professional Services.

The Company’s Business Information Division publishes business journals, court and commercial newspapers and other publications, operates web sites and conducts a broad range of events for targeted audiences in each of the 20 markets that it serves across the United States. The Company utilizes its business publishing franchises as platforms to provide a broadening array of local business information products to its customers in each of its targeted markets.

The Company’s Professional Services Division provides specialized services to the legal profession through its National Default Exchange (NDeX), Counsel Press, and DiscoverReady business units. NDex is a leading provider of mortgage default processing services in the United States and Counsel Press is the nation's largest provider of appellate services to the legal community. DiscoverReady LLC provides integrated discovery management solutions to Fortune 500 corporations and their law firms. These services include: discovery strategy, offshore legal services, technology management, document review, outsourced document management, and dynamic data analysis.
