 | James P. Dolan President and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board He has held these positions since founding the company in 1992. Prior to that, he served first as managing director and then executive vice president of The Jordan Group, an investment bank specializing in media, from January 1989 to January 1993. He has previously held executive positions with Kummerfeld Associates, Inc., a media mergers and acquisitions advisory firm; News Corporation; Sun-Times Company; and Centel Corp., and also was an award-winning reporter and editor at newspapers in Texas. He is on the board of directors of Peoples Educational Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEDH), an educational materials publisher, Advisor Media, Inc., a magazine and conference company, and The Greenspring Companies, Inc., the for-profit arm of The American Public Media Group. |
