Dolan Media Company

Mark began his career at the Company in March 1994. He has served as executive vice president, business information, since February 2005. Prior to that, he served as our vice president, newspapers, from January 2004 to February 2005; as our chair of the Circulation Marketing Board from May 2001 to January 2004; and as our vice president and publisher of the Daily Reporter Publishing Company in Milwaukee from March 1994 to January 2004.

Prior to joining The Dolan Company, Mark held news reporting, editing and executive positions with community newspapers in Los Angeles and Colorado. He is active in a number of newspaper, media and legislative associations.

Mark is on the board of directors of Detroit Legal News Publishing, BringMeTheNews.com, the National Newspaper Association, and the Student Press Law Center, and he is president of the Public Notice Resource Center, a non-profit foundation which tracks and studies public notice legislation across the country. He is a past president of American Court and Commercial Newspapers, Inc.
